Chili Burger à la Nachos

Serves 10 People


  • 10 Chili Burger Buns 
  • 20 tbsp. Chipotle dressing 
  • Mixed salad 
  • 1 chopped chili
  • 20 tbsp. Tomato salsa 
  • 10 BBQ fried chicken fillets
  • 10 Jalapenos 
  • 10 “Nacho Chip Lids”
  • 200g grated cheddar

  1. Grill or toast the bun
  2. Add chipotle and salad and top it up with tomato salsa.
  3. BBQ fry a chicken fillet, seasoned with salt, pepper and freshly chopped chili.
  4. Add it to the burger.
  5. Place tortilla chips in a circle on a piece of baking paper, sprinkle it with grated cheddar cheese and grill it in a hot oven until the cheese is melted.
  6. Add jalapenos.
  7. Add the lid of the bun upside-down and then add the nacho chip lid.
